This diary has been successfully used by Provincial, State and National Squads/Teams to help develop quality performance-oriented athletes and achieve significant competition results. En Garde! Salle d'Armes The En Garde! training diary monitors the development of the PHYSIOLOGICAL components: fencing-specific energy supply systems, strength and flexibility gains, the TECHNICAL components: biomechanics/technique awareness and self-evaluation of footwork, timing, distance, fencing time and accuracy of the sport-specific skills, the PSYCHOLOGICAL components: goal setting, ideal performance state monitoring, coping strategies and competition performance strategy planning and the TACTICAL components: strategies, tactics and tactical profiles of all your opponents.
